Radiant Life and Financial Coaching, LLC (“the Company”), including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and affiliates (collectively, “I’, “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides coaching services, including but not limited to life coaching, relationship coaching, divorce coaching, financial coaching, organizational/decluttering services, and Feng Shui consulting (collectively “Services”). By engaging in or utilizing our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

Services

Our Services are intended for personal/professional growth, clarity, well-being, education, support and organization. These Services are a collaborative process that require your active participation and accountability. While they may complement other professional services, they are not replacements.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment plans, if offered, must be followed as agreed. Missed or late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and non-refundable.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding specific results or outcomes from Coaching, Feng Shui or Organizational Services.

While the Company strives to support your personal and professional growth, success depends on your effort, commitment, and circumstances beyond our control.

Assumption of Risk

• By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that any decisions, actions, or outcomes you experience are entirely your responsibility.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with applying or not applying the information, advice, or suggestions provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and any individuals associated with it, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or claims, including but not limited to financial loss, business, reputation, data, emotional distress, property issues, or health issues, arising from or related to your participation in our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiant Life and Financial Coaching, LLC, and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of our Services, your actions, or your violation of these terms.

No Employment or Agency Relationship

• Engaging in Services with Radiant Life and Financial Coaching, LLC does not create an employer-employee, agency, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship. All coaches, consultants and contractors operate under the umbrella of the Company and are not liable for your choices or outcomes.

Governing Law

Policies, Terms, Legal Notices and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
